Purchasing

You can purchase SAMI Jewellery products via our official website www.samijewellery.com

If you know what you are looking for, type it into the search box at the top of the page by clicking on the magnifying glass.

We recommend contacting us via email: hello@samijewellery.com so that we can add your request to our waiting list and contact you as soon as your dream choice is in stock.

Orders

We are only able to amend your order prior to the order being shipped for standard deliveries, and would require you to contact us via email: hello@samijewellery.com.

For next day deliveries, we are unable to amend your order as items are shipped immediately.

We apologise if you have received a faulty item and we are keen to resolve any issue for you. Please contact us via email: hello@samijewellery.com as soon as you discover the fault using the guidelines below:

- Please report your faulty item to SAMI Jewellery within five days of receiving your order.

- Please contact us via email (hello@samijewellery.com) quoting your order number, faulty item's name, description of the fault and a photograph of the faulty item.

Once we have received the above information, SAMI Jewellery will assess the issue, and provided there are no signs of the item having been damaged during transit, or worn and damaged by the customer, we will request you to return the item back to SAMI Jewellery within 14-days from when you received your order. Once we receive the returned item, we can proceed with a refund or exchange accordingly depending on your preference.

If you would like to send a gift to someone, please enter their name and address as the delivery information for your order. All order receipts / prices are emailed to you (the purchaser) and are not included within our packaging.

Yes. SAMI Jewellery uses Shopify's secure checkout to accept orders and take payments. 

All stores powered by Shopify are PCI compliant and so your payment information and data are safe. The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is a security standard for organizations that handle credit and debit card information. Shipping

SAMI Jewellery currently ships within the UK, and internationally to the EU, USA, EEA, UAE, Australia, Canada, China, Hong Kong, India, New Zealand and Singapore. If your country is not on this list, please do not hesitate to contact us via email: hello@samijewellery.com so that we can work to get your order to you.

SAMI Jewellery offers next day (tracked and signed for) delivery for all orders placed on Monday-Friday before 12 noon. Please note that orders placed with next day delivery on Saturdays will be delivered on Mondays. 

SAMI Jewellery offers standard delivery from Monday – Sunday with an estimated time of delivery of 3 – 5 working days.

UK Next Day Delivery: next working day

UK Standard Delivery: 3 – 5 working days

International Deliveries: Orders will be shipped by AIRMAIL within three days of receiving your order. An estimated time of delivery depends on the destination country's clearance and customs times.

Please note that the above timelines do not include national postal delays.

Once SAMI Jewellery has shipped your order, we will email you tracking details for:

- UK next-day deliveries
- International deliveries.

Please note that UK standard deliveries are not tracked.

The relevant courier will leave instructions for you on how you can arrange a redelivery.

If duty is applicable, it is the customer's responsibility to pay the Import Duty in full. You will be contacted directly by the courier service or an import broker using the contact information you provided SAMI Jewellery at checkout.

Returns and Exchanges

Yes (except for orders of SAMI Jewellery's earrings for hygiene purposes), provided you inform us within 48 hours of receipt.

- Provide the following details within your email: order number, product name, time of delivery of parcel / goods and reason for requested return

SAMI Jewellery aims to reply to you within 24 hours, where we will send you further instructions.

Please note that we are able to refuse refund requests of products have been damaged by the customer or have been worn.

Your item must be returned to SAMI Jewellery in an undamaged state within 14 days of you having received your order to qualify for a refund.

SAMI Jewellery aims to reply to you within 24 hours, where we will send you further instructions.

Please note that SAMI Jewellery can refuse exchanges on any items that have been damaged or worn by the customer.

Your replacement ring will be shipped to you once we have received your original purchase.

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept any returns of earrings.

Refunds

Please contact us via email: hello@samijewellery.com so that our team can work with you to resolve this issue.

This typically takes between 5 – 10 working days after SAMI Jewellery issues a refund.

Your refund will still go back into the card you used at checkout provided the card account is still open. We cannot refund your order to a different card.

Jewellery

All precious stones come with a certificate. If you would like more information regarding a specific design, please email us: hello@samijewellery.com.

Transparency is important to us, which is why all of SAMI's natural gemstones are listed in our product descriptions with the stone's country of origin, in addition to the type of mine that the stone was sourced from (large / small-scale ethical mines).

Ethics

SAMI Jewellery's partner workshop in Jaipur, India, and mines from where stones are sourced are ethical and follow fair working practices. This includes the following:

- Safe working conditions

- All workers are over the age of 18 

- No child labour

- All workers are paid fairly above prevailing local wages

- Equal rights between genders

- No use of conflict stones

All natural gemstones are listed in individual product descriptions with their country of origin and type of mine (large or small-scale ethical mines)
